Surface Hung Rollers and Yoke Assembly
Available in 200, 300 and 375mm sizes. All use 50mm I.D. standard steel pipe. Extra wide flange to accommodate larger buckets. The pull strain is at 45 degrees to prevent strain on the pipe threads.
Surface Hung Platform with Chain Vice
The platform is positioned under the legs of the winch machine, the pipe supporting the roller can be rotated to any desired degree. For both of the above, the extension pipe has to be supplied by the operating team.
Roller Manhole Jacks
Ideal for raised manholes. In offset manholes it can be used in conjunction with the surface
manhole roller to guide buckets. Not recommended as a substitute for surface manhole roller.
From 150mm – 550mm.
Pull in Slant Jack Roller
Pulls the bucket into the load. May be lowered into the manhole even when the manhole is full.
Set at a 60º angle to prevent pulling out when under load. Adjustable for any diameter manhole.
Heavy Duty Buckets
An essential tool for pipe cleaning. The clamshell bucket remains open when drawn into a pipe and closes when being withdrawn. Fitted runner bars on outside periphery assist in surmounting joints, misplaced pipes etc. When used in conjunction with swivel links, the bucket twists in the pipe, thereby assisting entry and withdrawal operations. Available from 150mm to 760mm.
Culvert Scrapers
For badly blocked sewers, storm drains and culverts with minimal flushing water.
Available from 200mm to 900mm.
Double Squeegee
Used as a final cleaning tool.
Available from 150mm to 600mm.
Sewer Balls
Use in a live running pipe. The spinning action of the sewer ball creates a vortex in front of the ball loosening sand, debris or solids.
Available from 150mm to 375mm
Cable Swivel
Cable swivels should always be used when pulling cable under tension. The swivel relieves the natural twist and prevents kinking.
Porcupines
To remove sand or silt use water from a firehose and work with the flow. Bristles churn deposits and jetting water washes them down the line. Grease and small roots can also be removed with the Porcupine. As a finishing tool: The Porcupine is made to the exact I.D. so that it will clean the pipe to original capacity. Other cleaning tools such as buckets are undersized so that by using them
for the heavy work, and following with a Porcupine you do a thorough cleaning job.
